Life’s too short to waste on stale, over roasted, bitter coffee. Treat yourself to the good stuff, and experience something that your taste buds will every morning… There are even rumors of being able to enjoy it black!?, Kick start your day on the right foot.
Here is my suggestion, try to buy coffee beans in amounts that you can use within 2-3 weeks, and roasted within at least the last 7 days. Even better, try to find coffee roasted 1-2 days ago, I generally roast the day you order, but 7 days is a good standard, these are fresh enough to give you another full week of peak freshness, You should be able to easily find beans this fresh online or at a local café.
